Job Title: Engineering AdministratorJob Description
We are seeking an Engineering Administrator to assist the Engineers with cross-referencing part numbers, multitask various assigned tasks, and understand customer-specific requests for products. This role involves working closely with Buyers and the engineering team to plan future orders and expected demand, as well as understanding documentation protocols.
Responsibilities
Assist Engineers with cross-referencing part numbers.
Multitask various tasks assigned by individuals within the Product Engineering department.
Understand customers and their specific requests for products.
Work with Buyers and the engineering team to plan future orders and expected demand.
Understand and follow documentation protocols.
Essential Skills
Data entry
Project coordination
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Engineering administration
Knowledge of bill of materials (BOM)
Engineering support
Experience with FDA regulations
Data management
Supplier coordination
Experience with ERP systems
Engineering support in a medical device @context
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a Medical Device or Pharmaceutical environment preferred
Experience in a Manufacturing Environment required
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment and data management role
Familiarity with FDA regulations
Work Environment
The work environment includes a casual dress code and a cubical setup. The role offers the opportunity to work with an innovative histography device aimed at destroying cancer cells and be involved in the first generation of this product. The company has a newly updated facility with forward-thinking technology, strong financial backing from investors, and provides a stable working environment. This smaller company offers the chance to learn multiple different skills.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $39.00/hr.
