The IT@JH Enterprise Directory and Messaging team is seeking a Multifactor Authentication Intern who will help with MFA, M365, Smartcard, and assistance with supporting other service supported by the Enterprise Authentication and Cloud Workspace teams.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
Assist customers with troubleshooting and enrolling in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Assist with SmartCard support which is MFA for IT Administrators.
Assist with SAML SSO Integrations.
Assist with Scripting and Programming support sites.
Assist with Microsoft 365 support & SharePoint site request.
Utilize basic degree of analytical skill.
Work under direct supervision in support of team initiatives.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or graduation equivalent.
Some college required.
Some experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, etc.)
Microsoft Azure & Azure MFA.
Multi-Factor Authentication Tools.
