We are on the search for a Human Resources (HR) Assistant to become a part of our team. Located in Scottsdale, Arizona, this role revolves around managing HR-related administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth running of HR operations. This involves a variety of duties, with heavy data entry tasks. This role provides an excellent long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Undertaking administrative tasks related to HRMS and other HR platforms
Processing Cobra efficiently and effectively
Handling data entry tasks with attention to detail
Assisting with various benefit functions and auditing tasks
Delivering high-quality customer service and resolving customer inquiries
Carrying out administrative duties with a high level of proficiency
Conducting billing reconciliations and ensuring accuracy
Utilizing ADP - Financial Services for various HR tasks
Monitoring and managing customer accounts as needed
Requirements - Proven expertise in ADP - Financial Services
Proficiency in using HRMS
Experience in auditing processes and procedures
Knowledge of Benefit Functions in a corporate setting
Exceptional customer service skills
Familiarity with Cobra Administration
Skilled in data entry tasks
Demonstrated experience in providing administrative assistance TalentMatch®
