Adecco is assisting a local client in San Jose, CA in search an Office Coordinator. This is a temp to hire position Mon- Friday 8am-5pm $27-$31 depending on the experience
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling and administrative tasks.
Provide executive support: manage calendars, book venues, handle reports, travel, and expenses.
Track office expenses and assist with non-confidential HR tasks.
Ensure timely submission and payment of vendor invoices for office operations (rental, utilities, internet, equipment, supplies).
Maintain office, pantry, and janitorial supplies, ensuring timely procurement and restocking.
Oversee First Aid supply compliance and vending machine inventory.
Issue, collect, and maintain smock inventory for employees and visitors.
Ensure proper functioning of office equipment and coordinate repairs when needed.
Manage meeting room reservations and resources.
Organize company events, offsites, and team meetings, including catering logistics.
Sort and distribute mail/packages, greet visitors, and manage security access for employees and guests.
Provide administrative assistance to executives with discretion.
Maintain an up-to-date employee contact list for emergencies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education/certifications are a plus.
1-2 years of office/administrative experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a problem-solving mindset.
Pay Details: $27.00 to $31.00 per hour
