Take your administrative skills to the next level as an Administrative
Assistant for Panduit\'s Global Real Estate Team!
As an Administrative Assistant in this fast-paced department, you\'ll
take on a variety of responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
You\'ll maintain key documents, coordinate meetings, handle
communications, prepare reports, and assist with system management. If
you\'re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic environment,

What You Will Do
Reporting: Collect data and assist in preparing reports and
presentations.
Invoice Management: Prepare quotes, invoices, and documentation
for processing.
Purchase Orders: Process quotes for electronic purchase order
creation.
File Management: Maintain electronic files and manage
project/construction documents.
Work Orders: Enter work orders and track equipment preventive
measures.
Warranty & Product Orders: Manage warranty repairs and order
products as directed.
Cost Tracking: Maintain cost tracking saving measures performed
by team.
Communication: Organize departmental meetings, notes, events,
and team activities.
Meeting Documentation: Develop and document customer meeting
notes monthly.
What You Will Bring
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience.
Skills: Intermediate Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas,
data export). Fusion Oracle a plus.
Organization: Proficient in MS Teams, Planner, SharePoint, Word,
Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Financial skills: Experience in bill payment and statement
cross-referencing.
Process Optimization: Proven ability to drive process
improvements, take initiative, and deliver results.
Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to work
effectively with project managers, engineers, vendors, and
customers.

Compensation: The expected base pay range for this role is \$24-\$28
an hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general
