The Senior Electrical Technician is a skilled electrician working towards his Master Electrician license, will be working under a Master Electrician at Kurita. This position is responsible is for the skid wiring of Kurita manufactured systems and works with both low and high voltage wiring. May also assist with the production of control panels. This position provides leadership to other team members and is our expert for all skid wiring activities. Location: Brooklyn Park, MN (Onsite) Compensation: $35/hr Responsibilities Wire motors and various instrumentation on skids including all wiring terminations and conduit runs for instrumentation Mount control enclosures on skids. Review electrical prints for accuracy and mark-up any needed corrections. Reads and interprets specific job specifications to ensure skid wiring requirements are met. Provides guidance to PM and Design Teams on electrical practices and requirements. Assist with the production of electrical enclosures in accordance with UL508A standards. Performs and oversees Factory Acceptance Testing. Provide support and guidance to other Production team members. Assist Production Build Manager with adherence to production schedule. Qualifications Journeyman Electrician or above Good understanding of electrical code requirements as they apply to manufactured systems Able to read production drawing and electrical schematics 3+ years electrical wiring experience EEO/AA/F/M/Vet/Disabled
