Position Overview:
Assist in the achievement, and act in support of, the sales of Marathon Fitness products and solutions into the approved markets in support of assigned company goals and quotas. Representative reports daily to Director of Business Development, as well as the President and Vice President as required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales
· Drive direct sales of all products, by developing, identifying, and securing all relevant direct sale opportunities for Commercial Fitness accounts in Texas.
· Serve as internal sales support for pre-defined territory locations to achieve new appointments and sales opportunities within Multi-Tenant Buildings, Medical Based, Multi-Family, Government, Parks and Rec, Country Club, Active Adult 55+ aging center in both new construction, renovation and replacement sales.
· Generate market interest and close sales by executing Product and Segment Marketing activities such as: outbound calls, and as needed assist with social media projects, surveys, campaigns, and/or promotions.
· On-site product demonstrations and facility tour for visiting customers as required by management. Reimbursed mileage and on as needed basis.
· Actively solicit for all product or service opportunities, referring leads as appropriate.
· Partner effectively with the Field Sales Team to drive territory coverage and maintain positive relationships.
· Achieves/exceeds monthly sales targets for number of prospects turned into appointments.
· Grows and maintains existing customer and partner relationships through pro-active telesales activities at the Stafford corporate offices, for a minimum of one hundred outbound calls per week.
· Manages daily schedule, meetings, agenda, both internal and in conjunction with field sales team through company’s computer resources.
· Collaborate closely with the internal team members and external Sales and Service teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
· Travel in support of sales or training meetings, customer site visits, and/or trade shows as required from time to time (up to 20+ days a year).
· Effectively utilize CRM, Outlook, and manipulate and manage spreadsheets on daily basis.
· Manage sales funnel development by entering and updating all customer Opportunities and Leads through entire sales cycle.
· Location: Greater DFW area
· Hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
