Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the Electronics industry, located in Raleigh, North Carolina, United States. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations within the office, ensuring materials are appropriately staged, and assisting with general administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming phone calls and route them appropriately
Efficiently manage email communications and data entry tasks
Ensure office supplies are ordered and stocked regularly
Assist in scheduling tasks and coordinating with team members
Frequently communicate with vendors to confirm the availability of materials
Organize materials and ensure they are staged prior to dispatch to job sites
Maintain an accurate inventory system
Utilize Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer for various administrative tasks
File documents and maintain organized records. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in the Electronics industry or related field
Proven skills in Customer Service, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Proficiency in Data Entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks
Familiarity with Email communication, with a focus on professionalism and prompt responses
Experience in Filing, with an emphasis on organization and attention to detail
Competency in using Internet Explorer for various online tasks and research
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience in Ordering Office Supplies, ensuring the office is well-stocked and operational
