Group Lead you\'ll be part of our team located in East Long Meadow, MA.
You\'ll get to: Assign, direct, and supervise team members, in a wide
variety of tasks. Maintain records of all training activities, evaluate
skill gaps and implements cross training to meet department needs.
Participate in weekly department meetings and coordinate projects with
engineers/trades to evaluate options and develop plans to support
department and company realignments, relocations and moves on time and
on budget. Work with project managers to provide electrical cost
estimates for new machines installation, and/or existing machines moves.
Working knowledge on how to size electrical equipment including but not
limited to transformers, wiring size, bus plugs and switchgear switches.
