Description We are in search of a dedicated Administrative Assistant to become an integral part of our team in Morristown, New Jersey. In this role, you will be deeply engaged in managing and resolving client inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and processing applications. This opportunity offers a long term contract employment in the industry.
Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to inbound and outbound calls, ensuring excellent customer service.
Engage in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Balance and reconcile client AR balance and e-bill submissions.
Assist in maintaining accurate records and processing customer credit applications.
Handle email correspondence professionally and timely.
Aid in the preparation of billing backups and checks to ensure all is set for bill submission.
Conduct research to retrieve hard disbursement backup and create PDF files for each charge to be uploaded with client invoice.
Assist in closing matters in Aderant with zero WIP, A/R, and credit balances.
Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word to accomplish administrative tasks.
Schedule appointments as necessary and conduct other administrative project work. Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Administrative Assistant role or similar.
Proficient in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
Possess strong customer service skills and ability to handle customer queries effectively.
Skilled in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and promptly.
Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting tasks.
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for scheduling, email management, and task organization.
Competent in creating and editing documents in Microsoft Word.
Skilled in creating and managing presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.
