🎯 What You’ll Do:
As our Founding SDR, you’ll be at the front lines of our growth, helping us reach, engage, and convert high-potential customers. Your mission:
🔹 Own the end-to-end sales cycle from outreach to close
🔹 Drive pipeline through social selling, email, and LinkedIn outreach
🔹 Engage with mid-market, startup, and enterprise firms
🔹 Help build and refine our sales playbook
🔹 Work directly with leadership to shape our sales strategy
⚡ What We’re Looking For:
âś” Sales experience in mid-market, startups, or enterprise sales for a SaaS company
✔ A natural at outbound selling—email, LinkedIn, and beyond
âś” Track record of closing deals and building relationships
✔ Playbook builder—help us refine and scale what works
✔ Startup mindset—scrappy, adaptable, and ready to make an impact
âś” Bonus points if you have experience selling to HR or operational leaders
