Curiosity, engineering excellence, and solid writing skills are required for this position. You will have the opportunity to lead investigations in the built environment, industrial facilities, transportation sector and high-tech applications. You will be supported in this role by a diverse team ranging from entry-level engineers to senior management.Responsibilities We will provide you the opportunity to manage projects independently, manage junior engineers, and interact independently with clients. We will support you should such matters arise.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.Professional Engineering (PE) License in at least one jurisdiction and the ability to obtain licensure in others.Ability to write reports that clearly express engineering opinions and conclusions and support these conclusions/opinions with facts and sound engineering principles.Ability to work collaboratively with other disciplines, meet deadlines and travel to work sites.8 to 12 years of experience in the Electrical Engineering Field.Ability and willingness to travel for short durations for certain assignments.CompensationThe rate for this position generally is$115,000-$185,000annually.This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the New York Pay Transparency Law. It is based on what a successful New York applicant might be paid and assumes that the successful candidate will be in New York or perform the position from New York.
