We are seeking a motivated and organized Temporary Administrative Assistant to support the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) department. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, assist with day-to-day departmental tasks, and contribute to safety audits when required. This position offers an opportunity to gain experience in EHS while working in a fast-paced environment. Experience in EHS is not required, but a strong willingness to learn and grow in this field is essential. Key Responsibilities: Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, training sessions, and audits. Maintain and organize departmental records, reports, and documentation. Assist in preparing materials for EHS programs, including safety reports, compliance documents, and training schedules. Help manage inventory of safety equipment and ensure proper documentation. Input and maintain data related to safety incidents, inspections, and corrective actions. Support the preparation of audit materials and assist in internal audits of safety programs and compliance. Assist with employee communication related to EHS updates, policies, and procedures. Provide general office support to the EHS team, including filing, photocopying, and data entry. Assist with the tracking and reporting of compliance data and key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide support for safety training sessions and ensure proper documentation of attendees.
