As a Principal Electrical Development Engineer, you\'ll spearhead
engineering analysis, component design, and testing for medium to large
projects. You\'ll shape the future by proposing new product features and
staying ahead of industry trends. Collaboration is key-you\'ll work
across teams to ensure seamless integration and manufacturing.

What You Will Do**
New Product Development: Lead New Product Development of power
products including PDU\'s, UPS\'s and accessories.
Engineering Support: Support engineering of power electronics
and power products.
Product Specification & Design Validation: Develop and support
execution of power electronics and power products product
specification and associated design validation test plans.
Proto@type Builds: Lead/coordinate proto@type builds with power
products suppliers and contract manufacturer.
Root Cause Analysis: Lead/support root cause analysis for
production field returns.
What You Will Bring
Education: Bachelor\'s degree in electrical engineering.
Experience: 8+ years\' experience in electrical engineering, and
AC power design experience.
Lab Equipment Proficiency: Experience using typical lab
equipment like power supply, oscilloscope, DMM, etc.
Preferred Experience with:
208V/415/480V AC power electronics product development.
PDU or UPS New Product Development.
Embedded system New Product Development.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is
\$115,000 - \$145,000. This role qualifies for an incentive plan based
on individual and company performance. note the salary information shown

skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business
considerations.
