We are offering a contract-to-hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in a growing industry, located in the west metro, Minnesota area. This role primarily involves managing and coordinating schedules, serving as a vital communication link, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
Support a large product recall initiative for roughly 500 affected customers for outreach
Handle administrative and dispatching tasks
Review the provided customer information and contact each customer via phone or email
Request customer product serial number details
Schedule a convenient time for customers to connect with a technician
Provide guidance to customer over the phone to help them self-diagnose the problem
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance administrative duties with customer-facing responsibilities.
