Job Title: Electrical Assembler
Job Description
Join our dynamic electrical sub-assembly team where you will be instrumental in building small electrical components and motors that are integral to larger assemblies. You will utilize both hand and power tools to conduct mechanical assembly of steel parts, all while working from written work instructions and basic prints. Candidates with experience in electrical assembly or motor work are encouraged to apply.

Essential Skills
Proven experience in assembly.
Mechanical aptitude.
Experience in a production environment.
Proficiency in basic shop math and tape measure reading.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Electrical assembly or motor repair experience.
Relevant manufacturing experience.
Strong attendance record and tenure.
Detail-oriented and ability to communicate effectively.

Work Environment
Our industrial setting requires adaptability to varying temperatures, as the environment changes with the outside weather. Expect exposure to moving mechanical parts, vibration, and occasional fumes or airborne particles. The noise level is generally loud, so suitable attire such as warm clothes in winter and cooler clothes in summer is recommended. This shop environment is ideal for individuals with a experience in similar settings, rather than semiconductor or clean room environments.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of FOREST GROVE, Oregon.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
