Our client is looking to fill an Administrative Assistant position for a quiet office role in an industrial setting.
Job Duties include:
General office duties include answer phones, typing, filing, etc.
Time card entry and invoicing into QuickBooks
Generating orders and packing slips and invoices
What we look for in a candidate:
Detail-oriented and organized with great communication skills (on phone and in person).
1-3 years of Admin Assistant experience is helpful, but willingness to learn most important.
Microsoft Office and QuickBooks experience required.
The ideal candidate needs to be located within a 10-mile radius.
