Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the office management team supporting various plant operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Holden, MA
Pay Range: $23 per hour
What's the Job?
Perform a variety of office administrative functions, such as preparing reports/documentation, processing mail, and filing.
Aid in the coordination of plant communications.
Update and maintain production training records and plant audit dates.
Assist Quality by sending PPAP (Production Parts Approval Process) documentation, samples, and advanced shipping notices.
Provide general administrative support to the plant and assist with time-keeping and attendance tracking.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments.
