We are a growing construction company based in the Flint area, seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounting and administrative support, preferably within the construction or trades industries.
This is an in-office role that will support our management team with day-to-day financial tasks and general office coordination. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Process payroll on a weekly/bi-weekly basis
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Create and manage customer billings and follow up on collections
Maintain accurate job costing and general ledger entries
Handle bank reconciliations and financial reporting
Assist with project scheduling and coordination
Communicate with vendors, customers, and subcontractors as needed
Provide general office support and organization
