Who We Want
Miller Industries is seeking an Executive Sales Assistant to work for our Flex Air Division at our Copper Ave. location in Fenton, MI.
This role serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external interfaces on all matters pertaining to sales for Flex Air. This position is full-time, on-site, and will require travel to trade shows and special events.
What You Will Be Doing
Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Flex Air Sales and Estimating teams including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications, composing and preparing correspondence, arranging complex and detailed travel plans.
Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Sales and Estimating department, including those of sensitive or confidential nature, and determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the Sales and Estimating Department and internal departments, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff.
Works closely and effectively to keep the Vice President informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
Provides leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization and manages a variety of special projects, some of which may have organizational impact.
Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach to support the managers to effectively lead the department.
Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
Performs other duties as assigned or as necessity dictates.

What Requirements Are Needed
Educations and Experience Requirements
College or professional degree in business or administrative studies, or equivalent combination of related training and experience.
Minimum five years of experience supporting Executives, preferably in a service-oriented environment.
Experience and proficiency in drafting professional correspondence.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
Experience in managing social media (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Web
