JOB REQUIREMENTS: What you will do Johnson Controls is seeking an
Electrical Engineering Manager to lead electronics hardware development
for new product development (NPD) within our Controls & Building
Automation Systems (BAS) division. In this role, you will drive the
design and development of BAS controllers, sensors, thermostats,
actuators, and refrigeration controllers, playing a critical role in
shaping the next generation of smart building technologies. As the
Electrical Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of design
engineers, test engineers and technicians to oversee end-to-end product
development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our
products meet performance, reliability, and regulatory standards. You
will leverage your expertise in electronics design, embedded systems,
and industrial controls to develop innovative, high-quality solutions
that enhance energy efficiency, sustainability, and automation in
commercial and industrial buildings.This position is based onsite in
Glendale, WI. Candidates must be commuting distance or willing/able to
