This position allows for a hybrid work schedule with a mix of work spent in office and working remote from home
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Serve as the focal point for administrative and documentation activities, scope, and budget requirements of assigned projects.
Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments/rooms and preventing conflicts utilizing Outlook calendar. Order food as needed for meetings.
Assist with time entry and prepare expense reports for approval.
Support onboarding of personnel to client folders including training and confidentiality assignments.
Write, review, and edit procedures and other project-related documents in accordance with Sargent & Lundy's and/or client requirements.
Edit large technical documents written by multiple authors.
Edit for consistency (e.g., tense and voice, use of technology- or project-specific terminology or nomenclature, general format, and structure). Work with authors and reviewers to resolve identified inconsistencies.
Copyedit for grammar, punctuation, etc.
Format, including tables of contents, figures, tables, and appendices.
Prepare acronym and abbreviation lists.
Maintain databases by collecting and entering data from team.
Gather the appropriate information to generate reports for assigned projects.
Prepare documents and drawings for transmittal and document storage. This could include, drafting correspondence, data entry, copying and distribution, signature collection, document tracking, and electronic filing.
Collaborate with team to understand their workflow needs, identify obstacles, and define automation opportunities.
Develop innovative solutions with team members to automate work flows, such as with PowerAutomate.
Create custom Microsoft List structures with relevant columns, data @types, and validation rules.
Integrate Microsoft Lists with other Microsoft 365 services like SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, and Dynamics 365 to streamline data sharing and user experience.
General Performance Expectations:

Develops solutions to problems that will impact other Sargent & Lundy groups or clients.
Qualifications

Essential skills and experience:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and three years of related experience.
Highly developed organizational skills and time management.
Prior experience should include working in a productive environment, meeting established production and accuracy goals, with the ability to maintain focus on quality of details.
Excellent communication skills (including writing and editing skills), and proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Candidate needs to be flexible, a team player, a self-starter, and be open to occasional overtime.
Valued but not required skills and experience:
Some college level education in fields such as English, Writing, or Journalism.
Understanding of Microsoft Lists capabilities, including custom columns, views, workflows, and integration options within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Ability to analyze business needs, identify potential issues, and develop solutions using Microsoft Lists.
Understanding of Power Automate functionalities, including triggers, actions, conditions, loops, data operations, and error handling.
Ability to work with data sources, data manipulation techniques, and data transformations.
Experience working in the engineering and/or power industry field.
Experience with Microsoft Power Apps suite.
Hold a Notary License.
