About the Role:
As a CBRE Moves Sr. Coordinator, you will provide sophisticated administrative assistance and implementation support to the Moves, Additions, and Changes team in the delivery of projects.
This job is part of the Moves, Additions and Changes function. They are responsible for building space design, construction, and moving services.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate office moves and reconfigurations for assigned buildings.
Follow customer requirements, internal policies and procedures, and external legal requirements.
Provide oversight on sophisticated project documentation preparation.
Attend weekly relocation coordination meetings with clients and key collaborators. Prepare meeting minutes and provide updates on project progress on scope, budget, schedule, and risks.
Process invoices and pay applications related to projects or assigned teams and clients.
Advance concerns for project commitments.
Develop communication plans for moves including newsletters, move instructions, welcome packages, etc.
Recognize and tackle typical and atypical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval.
Evaluate and select solutions from established options.
Impact team through the quality of the services or information provided.
Follow standardized procedures and practices and receives regular but moderate supervision and mentorship.
Coordinate scheduled moves with subcontractors
Provide updates on space assignments post-move
What You'll Need:
High School Diploma or equivalent experience with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.
Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.
Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive attitude.
General math skills. Ability to calculate sophisticated figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. or complicated information within the team.
Preferred: Solid understanding of CAFM software i.e. Nuvolo
Preferred; CAD experience
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Senior Coordinator position is $65,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Senior Coordinator position is $79,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
