As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the administrative support team, contributing to the efficiency of the engineering department. Shifts : Par Time - (In-office only 3 days (Tue/Wed/Thur) 7 Hours (09:30 - 04:30)
Contract: Only W2
What's the Job?
Support the engineering team with equipment orders and onboarding new hires.
Manage administrative supplies and collaborate with other administrative staff as needed.
Escort vendors through a secured building and assist with catering orders.
Submit service tickets for building amenities that require attention.
Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all tasks.
What's Needed?
Associates degree or equivalent experience.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated track record of meeting deadlines consistently.
Proactive in delegating or escalating tasks when necessary.
