P • Assist with accurate and timely payroll processin
g • Support Payroll-Based Journal (PBJ) submission

t • Maintain employee records in ADP and Employee Navigato
r • Support integration of systems including ADP, RAMP, Navigator, and OnShif
t • Ensure leadership training compliance through Relias LM
S • Assist with administration of the Voya 401(k) retirement plan and audit
s💼 Benefits Administratio
n • Coordinate employee benefits, including MEC plans, Equitable, and Pet Benefit
s • Process Evidence of Insurability (EOI) for life insuranc
e • Support open enrollment and assist with resolving benefits inquirie
s⚙️ Operational & Employee Suppo
rt • Schedule and manage remote notary servic
es • Assist with Workers’ Compensation clai
ms • Promote employee programs such as Working Advanta
