About You
We’re looking for a
driven, self-motivated, and resourceful Part-Time Sales Development Representative (SDR/BDR) to help us expand our client base and fuel our growth. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building prospect lists, initiating outreach, and creating opportunities for our sales team to close new business.

What You'll Do
🎯 Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages (Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Qualify inbound leads and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and web forms
- Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales team with a smooth handoff process
📊 Research & Strategy
- Research companies, industries, and decision-makers to build effective outreach strategies
- Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to tailor messaging
📈 CRM & Reporting
- Accurately manage your pipeline and update lead activity in our CRM (HubSpot)
- Track performance metrics and contribute to weekly reporting on lead activity and conversions
🤝 Collaboration & Impact
- Partner closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging, targeting, and campaign effectiveness
- Be an ambassador for the brand, ensuring a positive first impression with every prospect
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years of B2B sales or lead generation experience, ideally in tech or services
- Proven success in meeting/exceeding lead targets and performance KPIs
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Comfortable using CRM tools like HubSpot or Amplemarket
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable—able to manage your own time and priorities effectively in a remote setting
- Familiarity with consumer data, background screening, or HR tech industries is a plus
- Experience working with U.S.-based companies is strongly preferred
