Job Title: Assembler (Small Valve Components)
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler for our 1st shift Valve Assembly team. The position offers a competitive wage and the opportunity for overtime work. You will work Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM , with potential overtime after regular hours and on Saturdays based off demands. The starting rate for this position is $17.00 per hour, with an increase after probationary training period.
Responsibilities
Partner with another team member to complete tasks in the assembly process.
Fill assembly orders from start to finish according to company quality standards.
Log information on daily or weekly log sheets as required by the department.
Receive and verify parts for the assembly process according to order.
Use manual tools or switches and simple automatic machines.
Separate and document failed parts.
Prepare parts for the next production step.
Work with other team members and leaders to problem solve.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working within a production setting, performing mechanical or electrical assembly
Ability to stand at assembly station throughout the shift, and move to different areas based off demand.
Work Environment
The majority of the work time is spent in a manufacturing environment where temperatures vary with the season, and noise levels can be moderate to high. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, ear plugs, gloves, and safety shoes are required as determined by company safety standards.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
