The Office of Financial Aid is looking for an individual with experience in higher education financial aid, student finance, program compliance, or another related field to fill our Student Financial Aid Officer IV position. Apply now to join our team!
The Student Financial Aid Officer IV will assist in the administration and maintenance of current and new grant and scholarship programs and help monitor compliance with all federal, state, and institutional rules and regulations, with special attention given to Title IV administration, documentation, and staff training. Position will review and support documentation for compliance, audits, and training needs, as well as monitor compliance with federal and state reporting and disclosure requirements. Position will also assist with the maintenance of the Financial Aid Policy & Procedure Manual and all related procedural guides, and assist with management, documentation, and processing of office quality controls as well as review and development of existing and new business processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and four years previous Financial Aid or Higher Education experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent organizational skills; proficient in MS Office products with ability to learn other software programs; detail oriented, accurate.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
