You will
Provide technical systems engineering and integration support for USSF
Operational Test and Training Infrastructure (OTTI) program. The OTTI
program is developing live and synthetic range capabilities across the Space
and Cyberspace Domains which will interoperate with ranges from the Air and
Land domains. Develop and manage the enterprise level technical baseline of
the OTTI effort using digital engineering tools including Model Based System
Engineering (MBSE) tools for requirements, behaviors, architecture,
and interface specifications, requirements tools such as Next Gen Doors or
JAMA. Interact with engineers and users at all levels of leadership within
the OTTI organization. Interact with USSF Field Command, HQ USSF, SAF,
Mission Partners and Range customers across the DOD and other National Range
customers. Specific tasks Include but are not limited to:
Develop engineering products and documentation including Design
Reference Missions, Verification Plans, Operations Support Plans, MBSE
products
Engage in general systems engineering and integration efforts across the
OTTI IPO
Conduct cross architecture level trade studies and developing common
interoperable architectures across the OTTI Integrated Program Office (IPO)
Recommend, develop, and integrate enterprise concepts and
recommendations to capitalize on cross range best practices, efficiencies
and standardization
Provide feasibility Studies and Concept Exploration
Develop and configuration manage Interface Control Documents
Assess, align, and integrate programmatic considerations and provide
technical support to Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPB&E)
Develop and document logistics goals, objectives, services, and
programs, as well as the individual needs in order to meet mission
requirements
You have
Experience with systems engineering products and processes
Working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban or other agile development methods
Strong writing, editing, analytical and team facilitation skills
BS in Engineering, Physics or Math
Ability to interact with senior department of defense and other
government officials as well as defense contractors at all levels
Strong background in Aerospace, Mechanical or Electrical
engineering, math and/or physics
Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and
hardware development process
Range Experience with test, analysis, and/or experimentation of
space systems or military systems including space operations or test control
room experience is desired
Familiarity with Model Based System Engineering
US Citizenship
Ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience
