Full job description
Duties include:
Inspection and repair of commercial irrigation systems including: system checks, programming, operation and installation of all major controller brands including ET-based varieties; repair/replacement of electric valves; head repair/replacement; solvent welding of PVC pipe up to 4", repair and maintenance of drip and low volume irrigation components; troubleshooting of electrical and hydraulic problems; system renovation and installation on commercial properties; coordination and communication with clients, account reps, and irrigation manager of irrigation service work
Following and enforcing all safety policies and procedures in the field and offices.
Requirements:
Physically able to complete assigned work in a fast-paced, quality-oriented environment
Valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record
Experience driving a full-size truck as well as towing and backing a trailer
Ability to complete all assigned paperwork
Proper work shoes/boots and PPE are required prior to employment
Must provide hand tools as necessary to maintain and make minor repairs to assigned equipment and vehicle
Two years of application work with a Irrigation Technician license is preferred
Position reports to Operations Manager

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
