Job Description
Seeking someone who has experience with troubleshooting and in construction
Responsibilities
Install and maintain roof anchors
troubleshoot and maintenance of hoists
Utilize mechanical and construction skills effectively
Work with basic hand tools and power tools
Build scaffolds and rigging
Lift and carry 80lb concrete bags up and down flights of stairs
Keep up with the pace of work
Wear a harness and adhere to safety protocols
Essential Skills
Experience in construction and general labor
Proficiency in carpentry, framing, and installation
Skill in using hand and power tools
Experience with rental swing stages, scaffold building, and rigging
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to work with wood, steel, concrete, and epoxy
High-rise painting experience is a plus
Able to provide proper pants and steel toe boots
Able to wear a harness for safety

Work Environment
The work hours are from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday. The job requires physical strength to lift and carry heavy materials, as well as the ability to work at heights with appropriate safety gear. Proper attire includes company-provided PPE such as shirts, vests, and sweatshirts, while candidates must provide their own pants and steel toe boots. Parking is available on the street, and reimbursement will be provided for parking expenses.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
