We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to act as an owner's engineer overseeing pipeline terminal upgrade projects for electrical power systems. This role involves ensuring the effective implementation and operation of low voltage power systems and PLC-based control systems in pipeline terminals.
Responsibilities
Oversee the upgrade projects for electrical power systems within pipeline terminals.
Act as an owner's representative to ensure project requirements and standards are met.
Design and implement low voltage power systems and PLC-based control systems.
Prepare and review engineering packages for project execution.
Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Essential Skills
Experience in pipeline engineering.
Expertise in low voltage power systems.
Knowledge of control systems.
Experience with electrical engineering in pipeline terminals.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with power systems for PLC-based controls.
Ability to prepare and review engineering packages.
Experience acting as an owner's representative.
Work Environment
The work environment involves overseeing project sites at pipeline terminals, ensuring the implementation of electrical power systems and controls. The role may involve occasional travel to project locations, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards is mandatory. Business casual attire is expected.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $90.00/hr.
