JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Prepare raw materials by removing packaging and
ensuring correct quantities are fed into machinery per specifications -
Monitor product quality, inspecting for defects, mold, or foreign
substances, and perform necessary cleaning or segregation - Set up,
operate, and adjust production equipment, including performing
changeovers, sanitation, and basic maintenance as required - Conduct
in-process quality checks and accurately complete required
documentation - Operate production and packaging equipment, including
manual and electric pallet jacks - Inspect finished products, box,
palletize, and scan for accurate tracking and processing - Maintain
stock of necessary supplies and ingredients for continuous production
flow ** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - High school
diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred - Prior experience in food
manufacturing or production environments is a plus - Ability to lift and
move up to 50lbs throughout the shift - Ability to stand for the entire
duration of the shift - Comfortable working in a refrigerated
environment (35-50F) - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced,
repetitive environment - Strong teamwork and communication skills, with
the ability to work independently when needed - Ability to read, write,
speak, and understand English - Willingness to work in varying
