Keystone Bluffs is a 100 bed Assisted Living facility in Duluth, Minnesota. Keystone Bluffs is part of our company, Twin Diamond Operator which has a total of 9 locations located throughout Northern Minnesota. We are dedicated to providing quality care to our residents through compassionate care and assuring that our residents and their needs remain at the forefront of our focus. Keystone Bluffs seeks a dynamic Administrator who will be responsible for the enriching the lives of our residents, the success of our employees and the continued financial success of the facility. The ideal person would have a Licensed Assisted Living Director license in the State of Minnesota or willing to obtain licensure after hire and have previous experience as a leader with an emphasis on Marketing and Sales in an Assisted Living setting. This position actively promotes Keystone Bluff s mission, philosophies and values in all daily interactions with employees, residents and families. Responsibilities: Comprehensive leadership in operational management, goal setting and long-term growth Sales and Marketing of the facility for occupancy levels to meet or exceed targets Leading a team of employees by example with a positive, open atmosphere and ensuring attention to detail in resident care and wellbeing.
