Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Superior, WI
Pay Range: $22.86/hr
What's the Job?
Perform standard and advanced administrative and business operations duties for managers.
Provide analytical support within the functional organization.
Prepare reports for use in business planning and analysis.
Coordinate new hire and existing employee moves, including IT accounts and phone extensions.
Assist in the development and management of project plans and status reports.
What's Needed?
4-7 years of experience in an administrative role.
Strong proficiency in office management processes.
Ability to coordinate meetings and make travel arrangements.
Excellent calendar management and scheduling skills.
Proficient in processing expense reports and managing correspondence.
