As an Electrical Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of electrical systems and components. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and the delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions. Your technical expertise and commitment to excellence will contribute to the success and growth of our company.
You will report directly to our Sr. Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our, Northford, Connecticut location on a hybrid work schedule after your first 90 days of employment.
In this role, you will have a direct impact on the company's ability to deliver high-quality, innovative, and technologically advanced electrical engineering solutions. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation, improve processes, and achieve project objectives.

Design and develop electrical systems and components
Conduct testing and validation of electrical systems

The annual base salary range for this position is $82,400 - $103,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical engineering
Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and practices
Proficiency in electrical design software and tools

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Experience with advanced electrical engineering concepts and methodologies
