Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Sr Administrative Assistant to join their team. As a Sr Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the administrative support team, supporting multiple Vice Presidents. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, exceptional prioritization abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Sr Administrative Assistant
Location: Durham, NC (Hybrid - must be within 50 miles for in-office days)
Pay Range: $34/hr on w2
What's the Job?
Oversee Vice President's workflow including mail, correspondence, and telephone calls, determining priorities, preparing responses, and/or responding appropriately without errors and in a timely manner.
Maintain calendars to include scheduling court appearances, client meetings, and other engagements while ensuring there are no scheduling conflicts.
Serve as an intermediary between in-house attorneys, outside personnel, and external attorneys, relaying communication between groups.
Generate correspondence, meeting minutes, and log incoming and outgoing mail.
Prepare a variety of reports and legal documents requiring knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and discovery.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or GED.
5+ years of experience in a related field.
Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, including pivot tables.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
