Job Overview:
This individual assists with all integration and outpatient program department matters by providing administrative assistance/secretarial support to the programs. Provide assistance to the Director of the department to assure the smooth provision of both primary and behavioral health care services in an integrated framework which are collocated and integrated in the adult and pediatric outpatient ambulatory settings.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Successful completion of all Orientation Programs
High School Diploma

Shift- 8:30am-4:30pm

Essential Functions:
Responsible for medical billing reconciliation, proper ICD10 coding, submission of behavioral health charges, and insurance appeals
Management of physician/clinical staff schedules for patient care and administration meeting coordination
Performs all duties related to the pre-registration, registration, and financial clearance processes for patients participating in integrated care
Responsible for collecting proper data to insure hospital bills will be paid by a third party payer or the patient and collects data to monitor requirements per the contract with the funder
"front-door" customer service to patients and orients patients to the registration/admission process
Performs scheduling functions of new and follow-up patients and discharges patients accordingly
Responsible for identifying, collecting and reconciling patient liabilities on a routine basis
Corresponds with the program Director and other out-patient leaders on operational issues as required
Assists with other secretarial functions as needed
