Title: Administrator
This role is being created to assist both the title and insurance department on maintaining workflow. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, detailed oriented, willingness to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Spanish speaking preferred.
Manage incoming titles for new deals
Follow up with sellers and brokers for titles not received
Work with customers to arrange next steps for title work and follow up on title status
Coordinate with title team to send paperwork to requested locations
Learn the automated system to use for mass follow up attempts
Insurance:
Work insurance claim from inception to payment
Update internal system with claim status
Follow up with adjustors on status of claim, provided required documents
Create payoff for insurance payout
Work with 3rd party shop on repair claims
Payoff:
Create payoff for repossession accounts

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
