Our client, a leading organization in the Medical Device space, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a desire to learn, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Saint Paul, MN
Pay Range: $20 - $24/hour
Job Type: 6 Month Contract - to - Hire
What's the Job?
Manage daily office operations, providing clerical and administrative support to ensure smooth workflows.
Collaborate with the administrative team and engineers on filing CAD data and drawings into business systems software.
Communicate effectively to implement department standards and procedures in daily workflow operations.
Assist with shipping parts and tooling to various locations, both domestically and internationally.
Handle daily billings using Arriba software and create purchase orders for outside vendors.
What's Needed?
2-3 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role.
High School Diploma or GED.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
A demonstrated desire to learn and refine skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CAD
Experience with blueprints
Experience in a fast-paced/high-pressure environment
