Our client in Riverdale, IA, is looking for an Administrative Assistant I. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and attention to detail, which will align successfully with the organization.
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Riverdale, IA
What's the Job?
Manage Learning Management System (LMS), including training requests, changes, and assignments
Run reports and manage LMS Help Desk issues
Track On-the-Job Training (OJT) hours for apprentices and probationary employees
Document and file training records and reviews
Coordinate and create maintenance training schedules
What's Needed?
Minimum of 2 years of experience requiring organization, multi-tasking, and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 5+ years preferred
Experience in LMS or Access Database preferred
High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associate's degree in Business or Human Resources related field preferred
Reliable transportation
