Job summary :
This position will coordinate assigned accounting processes for the Firm to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, regulatory reporting and tax reporting. Handle assigned accounting processes and daily accounting processes for Broker/Dealer.
Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
1. Review and release of accounts payable and fixed asset invoices for payment, assuring proper GL classifications.
2. Prepare and maintain Client Fee revenue invoicing.
3. Review and process employee expense claims.
4. Prepare and input daily general ledger entries into GL system, as appropriate.
5. Reconcile and monitor the clearing accounts daily.
6. Assist in preparing head office, financial and management reporting.
7. Monthly account reconciliations from sub-ledgers to General ledger.
8. Other ad-hoc responsibilities and projects as deemed necessary.
9. Any other duties as assigned by the manager, including projects.

Special requirements :
(e.g., shift duty, special working hours, extensive traveling etc.)
1. Previous broker/dealer experience preferred
2. Mandarin speaking is mandatory
Years of relevant working experience :
10. Minimum of 3-5 years relevant Accounting/Finance experience required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
