Our client, a leader in innovative personal transportation solutions, is seeking an Internal Events Project Manager to join their team. As an Internal Events Project Manager, you will be part of the Communications Team supporting the company's mission to engage and inspire employees. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a creative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Internal Events Project Manager
Location: Foster City, CA
Pay Range: $55-62 per hour
What's the Job?
- Plan, organize, and execute internal events such as team-building activities, company-wide meetings, and cultural events.
- Develop event strategies that align with company culture, values, and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on event objectives and messaging.
- Manage communications playbooks and develop comprehensive event proposals for stakeholders.
- Analyze event success through feedback and produce reports on engagement levels and overall effectiveness.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in event planning with a proven track record of organizing events of varying scales.
- Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana.
