The Stadium Marketing Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that Centreville Bank Stadium is a vibrant and engaging destination for event attendees, fans and the local community.
The Stadium Marketing Manager will drive the coordination and execution of marketing initiatives for Centreville Bank Stadium. This role requires strong organizational skills, creative problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing promotional campaigns, digital and social media content, event activations, and supporting sponsorship fulfillment.
Essential Functions
- Project Management: Under the direction of Stadium General Manager, coordinate marketing projects for Centreville Bank Stadium programs and events, including promotional campaigns and community engagement initiatives.
- Collaboration: Serve as the stadium marketing representative within the Rhode Island FC marketing department. Collaborate across marketing and communications functions, with internal departments and external partners to ensure effective stadium project execution.
- Event Marketing Activation: Plan and execute stadium event activations, ensuring seamless execution of signage, marketing and communications materials, social media engagement, and live event marketing.
- Digital & Social Media: Manage the stadium’s website, social media accounts and email database. Create engaging content, schedule posts, collaborate with other stakeholder accounts where appropriate, and maximize audience engagement and growth. Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns, including content development and performance tracking.
- Campaign Coordination: Develop and execute stadium marketing campaigns to drive ticket sales and event attendance, including paid media.
- Sponsorship Support: Assist in sponsorship activation efforts, ensuring proper branding and fulfillment of sponsor agreements.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven ability to manage marketing projects and coordinate events.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication/writingskills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for sports and entertainment.
- Experience with email marketing and website management is a plus.
- Sales awareness is a plus.
- Excellent and engaging interpersonal skills.
- High energy, strong detail orientation, and a superior work ethic.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to interact positively with internal and external staff, fans, and clients.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
- Ability to remain professional around high-profile individuals.
Work Schedule
This position will require evening, weekend, and holiday hours based on the needs of the stadium.
