Account Manager - Contingent IT Staffing
We are looking for an Account Manager local to Northern Virginia to join our team and be a part of an exciting journey as we look to nurture our next level of client relationship leadership.
The key responsibility is to manage national contingent labor programs run internally by a client or through a strategic channel partnership with a Managed Services Provider (MSP) and/or Vendor Management System (VMS).

You will have the opportunity to draw on your knowledge and will forge dynamic relationships with stakeholders. You will be responsible for all the financial measures (revenue growth, gross margin growth, headcount growth) as well as client satisfaction parameters (client scorecards, SLA's, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Establish relationships with key client contributors Managed Service Providers (MSP) partners and prospecting to identify any lateral opportunities with the client
- Work closely with the dedicated recruiting team (delivery manager and client-dedicated recruiters) to ensure delivery of qualified candidates to open requirements
- Identify additional business opportunities within existing clients, and market and position various Mindlance workforce / staffing offerings
- Partner with Client SPoC to understand the open requirements priority and associated requirement intelligence
- Solicit feedback on each submittal and leverage that feedback to enhance understanding of the requirements
- Focus on achieving performance goals through maximum staffing requirement coverage, timeliness, quality, pricing, compliance and customer service
- Day to day tasks involves - conducting daily huddle to communicate and prioritize client requirements with internal delivery teams, client transactions, attending requirement spotlight calls, coverage management, interview preps/debriefs, offer closing, etc.
- Timely address and resolve all delivery and client issues
- Represent Mindlance at Quarterly Business Reviews with the client
- Travel to client location(s) as required
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Past track record of success in an account management function
- Experience supporting high volume and fast paced contingent workforce program(s) of Fortune 1000 companies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, writing and time management skills
- High energy individual and sense of ownership
- Strong commitment to continuous improvement
- Someone who can manage vendor neutral accounts
- Ability to build strong relationship with the MSP / internal VMO desk
- Ability to effectively collaborate with other non-recruitment and client management functions – such as onboarding & consultant care

*Need to be local to Northen VA area. Remote, local travel.
May open office in future & then will be a hybrid model.
*Base salary - Depending on experience - $60,000-$80,000.
