We\'re looking for aManufacturing Assembler IIto join our team and
help us build top-quality products that our customers count on. This
role is a great fit for someone who\'s hands-on, detail-oriented, and
ready to be part of a team that values craftsmanship, safety, and
continuous improvement.
What You\'ll Be Doing:
Assembling products based on design specs and quality standards
Wiring motors, lights, switches, and receptacles
Using tools like pneumatic hand tools, testing equipment, and spot
welders
Keeping track of parts and materials, making sure everything\'s
ready for production
Entering assembly info into our Oracle system (don\'t worry - we\'ll
train you if needed!)
Helping color-code and organize outgoing cartons to keep everything
running smoothly
Pitching in with cycle counts, safety audits, and documentation
Cross-training in other departments like painting,
shipping/receiving, and more
Reporting progress and any issues to the Site Leader
Always putting safety first and looking for ways to improve how we
do things
What We\'re Looking For:
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or
assembly role
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Experience wiring electrical components (motors, switches, etc.)
Ability to read blueprints and use precision tools
Familiarity with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, Windows
apps)
Experience with ERP systems like Oracle or SAP is a big plus
Someone who\'s self-motivated, detail-minded, and ready to learn
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where no two days
are the same
Bonus Points For:
Spot welding or metal fabrication experience
A good understanding of electrical schematics
A positive attitude and willingness to cross-train and grow with us
Physical Stuff You Should Know:
You\'ll be on your feet a lot - standing, bending, kneeling,
reaching
Lifting up to 55 lbs. occasionally (with help if needed)
Using your hands and tools frequently
Working in a fast-moving environment where teamwork is key
