Job Title: Electrical Shop ManagerJob Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Electrical Shop Manager to lead our team in the assembly and production of electrical control panels for crushing, screening, and conveying equipment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive industrial electrical experience, particularly with 480V systems, and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities to manage and mentor a skilled workforce.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team in the assembly and production of electrical control panels.
Mentor and develop skilled workforce members.
Ensure all electrical work meets safety and quality standards.
Supervise the installation and maintenance of electrical systems, particularly 480V systems.
Conduct secondary checks of panel wiring work done in a manufacturing center.
Essential Skills
Extensive experience in industrial electrical systems.
Proficiency with 480V components and applications.
Minimum of 3 years of electrical experience within heavy industrial machines.
Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a team.
Journeyman license.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in panel wiring.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Work Environment
The work environment includes a casual setting with a great culture and a CEO who cares about the employees. The position is based in a manufacturing center where secondary checks of panel wiring work are conducted. Employees can also expect great benefits.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
eligible for medical, dental, and vision and life insurance on the first of the month after 30 days of employment. eligible for 401K with 5% match after 90 days of employment. No vesting period.Basic life insurancePTO accrual, 80 hours first year. 120 hours for second year. 160 hours after third year.
