This position demands meticulous attention to detail and a solid understanding of electrical assembly and wiring.
Responsibilities
Build, tap, and wire panels according to precise specifications, ensuring top-notch quality.
Read and interpret customer-specific blueprints and schematics to guide your assembly process.
Inspect the quality of builds meticulously to ensure they match the provided blueprints.
Ensure the correct wires and parts are used for panel construction, maintaining high standards.
Perform point-to-point wiring tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in schematic and blueprint reading to navigate complex designs.
Expertise in panel building and electrical assembly to deliver high-quality results.
In-depth knowledge of control panel wiring to ensure reliable performance.
Ability to perform electrical wiring tasks with precision and care.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with basic hand and power tools(Level 1) for foundational tasks.
Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic cable assembly(Level 1) with accuracy.
Experience with advanced cable assembly and wiring panels from instructions (Level 2) for more complex projects.
Ability to identify wire gauges and colors and wire panels from start to finish using blueprints/schematics (Level 3) for comprehensive builds.

Work Environment
Enjoy working in a temperature-controlled facility with a consistent shift schedule of Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm. We offer competitive pay ranging from $22 to $25 per hour based on experience. This position provides a clear pathway for career progression across different levels of expertise.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $34.00/hr.
