Description
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy.
Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
Assist in data entry, record keeping, and maintaining databases.
Order and manage office supplies to ensure smooth operational flow.
Interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure positive working relationships.
Handle special projects and additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and scanners, is a plus.
