Job Summary Provides daily administrative support to the Administration
department and, as needed, other departments throughout Yellowhawk.
Duties will include, but are not limited to: performing routine office
tasks; providing administrative support to the Health Commission;
gathering necessary information/data; and assisting in all aspects of
planning events for Administration. May be required to work varying
shifts to accommodate business needs. All duties and responsibilities
will be performed in accordance with the Yellowhawk Mission and Vision
statements. Minimum Qualifications: Associate\'s degree in Office
Administration with three (3) years progressively responsible experience
to the work of this position. OR High school diploma or equivalent, with
four (4) years progressively responsible experience to the work of this
position. Must possess or receive CPR and First Aid certification within
ninety (90) days of employment. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft
Office programs and/or relevant software. Demonstrated communication
skills, i.e., verbal and written. Demonstrated ability to manage
multiple tasks and high-level organizational, problem-solving and
planning skills. Must possess a valid driver\'s license and maintain
insurance requirements to operate General Services Administration
vehicles. Must submit to and pass a reference and criminal background
check. Must submit to and pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol
screening. Must submit proof of COVID-19 vaccinations. Preferred
Qualifications: Experience working in a Tribal community or Tribal
organization. Experience working in a government setting with
Administration, committee / board work. Familiarity with governing
bodies.
